All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded. Shipping and handling is calculated in the following manner. Packages that have a length and girth under 49” are charged a $2.00 handling fee plus shipping. Oversized boxes (according to UPS or FedEx) or are over 70” in length and girth are charged a $5.00 handling fee plus shipping. There is no handling fee when case quantities are ordered. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returnable items. Items that are cut to length are subject to a higher restock charge or may not be returnable. Returned items must be in re-saleable condition. Items that have been custom packed to your requirements are subject to a higher restock charge or may not be returnable. Opened bags will be charged additional fees to verify contents.
